they love each other

liked this quote from an LA reviewer:
....Chris’s ever-impressive vocals (dude could sing his ABCs and sound soulful). Chris also did a pretty good job of holding down guitar, including some lead work. But it was Neal Casal’s lead guitar that truly shone (I had to compliment him later on the tone he wrung from his SG. I also couldn’t resist reminding bassist/L.A. music vet Muddy Dutton of the time I’d partied with him at his ranch about 8 years ago — this was after a late night at the Baked Potato, where I’d just sung a couple of Stones covers with Gilby Clarke’s band. As expected, Muddy remembered none of this).

...all you little sleepyheads

So lately, I've been putting the iPod on random CRB shows when it's time for bed, and I really got to say that it's great slumber music. There's a real dreamlike melancholy in the music and in the jamming, and Chris' voice on these songs puts me into lala land fairly quickly.
